Energy Work incorporates elements of Reiki, Zero Balancing, SomatoEmotional Release, Shamanic Healing, and CranioSacral therapy to balance the energetic layers of the body and release old patterns that no longer serve you.
Appointments are typically 50-60 minutes long and it may take 1-6 days after to fully incorporate the work done during our session.
All sessions take place in a safe environment clothed on a massage table. You may be given thoughts to consider or homework to do after the session to support your healing process.

Mary is a Reiki Master and frequently combines different styles of Reiki, and has studied Usui, Five Element, Shamanic and Karuna lineages.
SomatoEmotional Release (SER) is a mind-body technique which allows for release of the emotional layers of past traumas that are still present in the body. Dialoguing with specific areas of restriction in the body is done to allow for the body to release the conflicts that are delaying your full return to a healthy, balanced, and more functional state.
Shamanic Healing removes blocks and unwanted energy from the body, including soul retrieval, power animal retrieval, extraction, and clearing. Building clearing is available by request, please contact us for specifics.
